Who we are
Founded in 1990, Les Éditions S.R. initially published works specialized in road safety. Highly qualified in the field, the co-founders, Réjean Michaud and Germain Lépine, wanted to offer products adapted to the policing environment, hence the primary vocation of the company. In 2002, Caroline Michaud took the reins, continuing the development of the company while maintaining its unique identity and exceptional niche.
For over 35 years, Les Éditions S.R. have provided their clientele with publications designed to meet the ever-growing needs of the field. The company is driven by a dedicated, dynamic, and creative team that supports its authors at every stage of the writing process and remains constantly alert to new practices and measures in professional interventions.
Integrity, excellence, listening, and customer satisfaction are the four core values that represent Les Éditions S.R. The publishing house’s mission is to offer products with regularly enriched content, integrating the most current methods and practices in intervention to meet the demands of its prestigious clientele, both in their daily work and in their learning journey.
The company continues to thrive in the field of INTERVENTION and expands its activities to various professions: police officers, firefighters, paramedics, delinquency and criminology interventionists. It continues to offer unique titles and products while further developing educational material for this field. The company adapts and translates some of its works to make them accessible to the Canadian market. It is also working to find talented authors to create content of exceptional quality. Always attentive to its clients, the company is committed to refining its existing products while innovating to create new ones.
Les Éditions S.R. stand out, among other things, for the quality and the editorial and graphic enhancement of its works.
