Returned items must be received in their original unused condition.

Before making any return, you must request an authorization number by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. This request must be made within 45 days of receipt of the order. Once the items have been received and checked, the refund will then be processed in the form of a credit note applicable against your next order.
Returned items must be in their original unused condition, except in the case of material that was already damaged upon receipt. Material must be declared to S.R. Publishing as soon as the damage has been noted. Damaged goods are any item that is broken, non-functional or in which one or more pages are missing.
Out of respect and to receive full credit, we ask that you pack items carefully so that they are not damaged in return shipment.
Pack the items to return properly to ensure they won’t get damaged during transport. Please include the proof of purchase with returned items.
Fill out the form for this purpose to receive an email indicating the steps to follow to obtain a return label. Before affixing it, make sure that no other shipping labels are visible on your package.
Then just drop off your package at the Canada Post office of your choice.
Upon receipt of the package, a confirmation will be sent to you by email. Once your refund request has been approved, a credit will be issued using the original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs will be subtracted from the refund.
No refunds will be given on subscriptions or digital products.
