Caroline Michaud has been the President and Editor-in-Chief of Éditions S.R. for over 30 years, overseeing all aspects of the publishing house with precision and passion. She joined the family business in 1993 while pursuing a degree in graphic design and has since dedicated herself to its growth with integrity and commitment. Through her diverse roles over the years, she has gained in-depth expertise in all facets of the publishing profession.

She has led several innovative projects, including the development of a mobile application for police officers, designed to facilitate access to field information and specialized resources. She also developed a database of infractions, created to support professionals in the law enforcement and judicial sectors in their daily work.

Under her leadership, Éditions S.R. has expanded its catalogue to include a wide range of specialized publications covering various aspects of police interventions, crisis situations, mental health, and stress among emergency responders. Many of these publications are adapted for educational use and are integrated into professional training programs in fields such as police techniques, intervention strategies, criminology and delinquency, social work, and psychosocial intervention.
